"Special Executive Division" is the polite title given to the unit charged with monitoring, financing, planning and executing Grey and Black Operations carried out by Arasaka personnel across North America. The division is a subsidiary of the Security Division and is tasked to subverting corporate individuals, kidnapping, assasination, and Security Contract aquisition, to name a few

Based out of the Night City office this unit embodies its EO's philosophy of "Better trainer, better equipped and better prepared" then any potential opposition. The division takes the best from other Arasaka divisions, as well a employing skilled freelancers.
