Me by Me

I guess I started role playing when I bought The Warlock of Firetop Mountain with some Christmas money. I had always loved Fantasy Fiction right from 7 or 8 when I read The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe by C.S.Lewis, so it seemed like an interesting idea. My parents bought me the Basic D&D red box set one Christmas but I didn't have anyone to play with, so it sat on the shelf for years. Then I met Matthew, Eddie, and Nick at Sixth Form and it went on from there. I've played most games and Gm'd a few and up to our first child 'Jessica' was born I was active in the Convention 'Circuit'. Nowadays I'm more on the sidelines; Matt and I have 3 kids, Jessica (9), Jamie(7), and Emily Rose (5) so a lot of my time goes on them.
Despite that, I've not forgotten my extended 'family'. Mage Blade, for me at least, represents a big part of my life. Those boys are like my brothers, they are much much more than the sum of their parts!! I just hope everyone gets the chance to have friends like these.
